It works well, however results may vary from person to person. It is also important that you want to quit smoking and are willing to do your part when you do hit a bump in the road. Part of smoking is the nicotine addiction and other parts of smoking are mental and habitual. There is no such thing as a treatment, pill or patch that will change your habits. It can take a few weeks to change your habits and some triggers may cause some annoying moments while you are learning to be a non-smoker.
