Health & wellness coaching supports you in making lifestyle changes to improve your physical, mental and emotional health. In addition to providing education about relevant health information, encouraging healthy habits and recognizing your strengths.. A coach can help you set reasonable goals and develop a plan for reaching them and look at all the factors that might be affecting your health related behaviors. Together you come with a manageable plan for working towards your goals, and guide you towards making changes that are right for you.

Sessions are set up one time a week for usually over the course of three months.
